1. We ask for a discretionary deposit on check-in, which is fully refundable at checkout, pending no damage or loss of property has occurred during the period of stay.

2. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability. Late checkouts are subject to an hourly fee and any checkouts from 6pm onwards are charged a full day’s rate.
